THE PEOPLE
We are currently a team of two, working together to turn ideas into useful websites and tools.
Founder
A computer science graduate from Wuhan Technology and Business University, Andrew Bugh (Xiaomai) once led the planning and development of a comprehensive guide to studying in China for Malaysian students. This project gained wide recognition within the Malaysian student community and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia.
Co-founder
Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the Beijing Institute of Technology, currently serving as an AI Transformation Associate at Wawasan Open University (WOU). Possesses a unique cross-disciplinary background. Experience includes guiding students at Chung Ling Private High School in embedding AI into microcontrollers to build creative smart toys, as well as honing a sharp sensitivity to financial data during tenure at an audit firm. Currently focused on practical technology implementation, dedicated to tailoring digital and AI transformation solutions to help SMEs keep pace with the evolving era.
KIND WORDS
Every collaboration has a story worth hearing.
They had diligently assisted the Student Aids in creating links and writing relevant codes to automatically collect information. This had in turn assisted the Student Aids to better assist the Malaysian students and reduce their workload.

Travel requirements kept changing during the pandemic, while notices and practical advice were spread across multiple groups and platforms. Students had to navigate complex procedures and identify outdated information, while student assistants repeatedly answered the same questions.
Worked with a charter-flight student assistant who organised procedures and gathered information. I developed the website, and we checked the information together. Turned complex requirements into sequential guidance, supported by document checklists and FAQs, and updated the content as policies changed.

Offices used paper, Excel and desktop software, while enquiries arrived through WhatsApp, Facebook and other channels. Information and follow-up were spread across different places.
A WebApp brings information together with permission-based access, connecting record-keeping, sharing and follow-up. The client's identity remains anonymous.

Association banquets need to show bids to a live audience, give organisers control over the event flow and handle billing afterwards.
A rental service connects the game-style display, remote operation and billing exports in one event tool, with a lucky draw feature.
